REQ: Autoload proxies from file or URL

First off, views on needing proxies for the platform? If so, autoload would be convenient if its not too difficult to add in

    @webbyte - The software isn't scraping from search engines and only visits a URL and checks the source to see if it matches a certain footprint to identify it so proxies aren't really required. It's really up to the user if they want to use proxies or not.

    This auto load is a feature we can add in a future update.
