in GSA Proxy Scraper
1. I will try to check with PS FOR GOOGLE INDEXED BUT I'm getting 302 moved...500 Internal Server Error etc.,
What is my mistake can you please suggest me?

2. In PS don't have any options to configure public proxiy, how it's functioning, Is it taken automatically public proxy in default?

    1. most of the proxies are blocked here...you need google passed proxies
    2. yes, as its public searched, it tags them like that by default. you can change that however manually once they appear in gui (right click).

    1. In PS available in all type of public proxies. How I can fix specific google passed proxy only?

    test against google in options and then export only that. Another option is to use filters in options and then skip the other types before adding.
