405 Error with URL

in GSA Proxy Scraper
Got it to export to Dropbox getting 405 error - does this mean I need a Pro DropBox account?

    Does anyone know how to get the emailer working?

    I am using these settings:

    Gmail SMTP
    465 
    SSL
    smtp.gmail.com

    Make Gmail less secure with Apps done 
    Allow POP3 and IMAP in Gmail settings done

    Stil wont connect to and send proxies via email?

    there are two different problems in one threat and then for Proxy Scraper? I don't understand this.
