How can I get ranked in local language site ?

I am a Bangladeshi. I have a online news portal site in my own language (Bengla). I want to ranked this site in google from Bangladesh. If I use GSA Search Engine Ranker software then, can I improve my position ? or what software should be better for my site ? Please suggest me. Thanks in advance

Using SER for your purpose should be fine. Thats what we all do (or most). However, what special settings you need is of course the point and I leave that to others to answer.
