How do I fix a badly spun user profile?

I did the worst...one of my own user profiles on a URL that I checked had %instruments.dat % on it! :o I forgot the spinfile-

So...do I just go in using a proxy and repair it, ASAP?

    simply remove the stuff again within SER (show urls->verified urls->select links->right click->Turn Project Active and Remove selected Links)

    @Sven, I went in and fixed it before I read this. I hate to waste a link! lol

    At least now I know I can get rids of links, quickly, as above!  Thank you! :)
