Image comment submission: where is the image path to put in?

If i select submission type "image comment": where is the image url to setup?
Maybe i'm not fully understand both of submission procedure and GUI, but: i've found, where to setup the

• page URL,
• keywords,
• link anchors - primary and secondary,
• image subject,
• image comment,

but not - the image url (or image path)...

On the following screenshot is the managing screen with only "image comment" as submission type - could somebody point me, where on this screen (or somewhere at other place) is the image url to setup or image path to provide?

That type of site is doing a search for already present images linked on sites and post a comment to it.
