Please check ver2.32 Last 8 hours it's generated 5 proxy only. I did not change any new settings I just update latest version only. 
I have send the BUGReport.

    please check your anti virus/firewall...looks as nothing can be downloaded and all is blocked from somewhere.

    There is no problem in anti virus/firewall I have updated in working PS only.
    Now V2.33 is ok working normal thank You.
