Do I need to flush out the Submitted list periodically?
Can anyone help? I am trying to understand how this works:
When a site is submitted, and not yet verified, it always adds +1 the submitted column, correct?
If I see the submitted URLs piling up, is there a way/need to process them? What does this even mean/ Are they all awaiting e-mail verification?
Does GSA-SER usually do this on its own as "housekeeping" if I were to leave it on long enough while those projects are set to on, and there are no targets left?
Any info greatly appreciated. I don't get this part...

Then once in a while (depending on the engine itself) it will try to verify it. If it is life, it is removed from that list and added to the verified list.
If it does not verify, it will either keep it in that submitted list or remove it if the time exceeded (also depending on engine). Meaning SER will remove links that do not verify for a longer time.
That clears this up.
Is each engine's settings for this function under the [setup] heading in .ini files?
