1. DA 45 but cf 3 tf 5
2. DA 30 but cf 9 tf 10

Which one should I choose?

    The one with the better link profile.

    Be careful with the backlinking profile. I personally like fresh web2.0 than expired.
    Contextual blast works better than so-called expired stuff.
