Bug on Keyword Tool count

I just imported 90k keywords and my tool says 376.  I tried to right click, check all, then the number went to 24. I exported, imported and it shows 376 again.  I verified there are 90k keywords.  The import says it successfully imported 90k keywords and they're all checked.  I can provide screenshots if that would help.

    Better send me the keyword file and project you try that with.

    mmm, try to paste that list in a notepad, then copy from notepad and try to import.
