SER ignores Autohotkey commands?

Just tested this as I want to automate some data entry and it doesn't appear to work. I might be dense, but I couldn't get Autohotkey to right click anywhere, even though my right click macro works in Chrome, Notepad++, etc. Does SER just ignore outside commands?

    some commands are indeed ignored by its protection.

    Is this done so that a malicious program cannot simply send macros to GSA-SER on an infected machine or VPS, and hijack GSA, proxies, bandwidth,  and use it to do it's own work?
