Page Rank in Url Redirect Pro

Hello

I am thinking of buying this software but a bit confused about the page rank, if you filter by page rank, say 3 does this mean it gets links with a page rank of 3 - 10 or 0 - 3 or just 3?

Also as Google does not use page rank anymore how is the page rank received.

Thanks for any help on this.

    a PR filter of 3 would mean sites with PR at least with 3+.
    PR from google was indeed discontinued, however we map that now with other metric data like yandexTIC.
