disable add texts automatic like "site:.edu site:.net" in Search query

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I make Custom Engine But Some times add texts like "site:.edu site:.net" in Search query but i don't add them .
how can disable it

    that is added by SER in some cases when it already tried without that and finished with that keyword.

    how possible wordpress.com in net tld

    actually this is not going to happen as a site: paramater is not added twice.
