SER not submitting PHPWeb engines. How can I solve the issue?

    well the urls i tried worked, send me one that does not where you are sure it should.

    Up to date SER updation, I'm nt using any PR filters.
    :( No single link submitted T1. It's my T1 settings, Shall I send my project backup.

    For me non of the url is getting submitted. At starting everything working properly. In PHPWeb for me many verified links has been generated previous, I was getting many links has been created. Suddenly only no a single links getting submitted MY T1. Please check my project backup.

    @VMart in that project you have sent me, you have unchecked PHPWeb as engine, so of course no link is generated for that engine

    No, I didn't uncheck. 
    I have uncheked Upper tier only But I need PHPWeb links for T1. 
    I have already informed you plz check my T1.
    T1 only issue.

    well you sent me the backup project, I reviewed it, checked the engine and almost immediately i got a link created. make sure captcha solving is working for you.

    Yes my captcha solving working fine other engines verified fine. 
    I don't know what is the real issue. The same campaign working well previously suddenly I'm facing the "no submission PHPWeb Links" issue for my T1. :(
