Why I don't receive manual capcha request

If I have "Ask all services/user to fill captchas" checked and 2 capctcha solving services selected while also having "Finally ask user if everything else fails" checked, why is it that I don't get any captcha request?

I'm sure those 2 services don't solve all the captchas.

Also, how can I save unsolved captcha images?

    check your project settings, maybe you don't make use of manual captcha solving there?

    Where exactly should I look? The "Ask all services/user to fill captcha" is already there

    hmm then I don't know. Can you send some logs (use pastebin.com please)

    It really could be that your 2 services are solving them. What 2 service are you using? 

    its most likely a setting issue, so if i were you, i'd comb through your settings (for both the project specifically & GSA's golbal settings) and be sure you didnt miss anything
