I'm not sure but already parsed mean that i have already posted in this, how i can set up in settings that gsa could still posting to already parsed links.
"already parsed" usually means that SER tried to post to it and failed. If it was verified, it would get another message. Successful submitted but later not verified could also result in this.
You can use the project option "Retry to submit to previously failed submitted sites" to control how often a site should be submitted to before this message appears.
