Can't Post Comments to Blogspot blogs using GSA

I see GSA has the blogspot and blogspot.es engine, then why it shows "No Engines Match" when i try to post to blogspot URLs (Scraped though ScrapeBox), am i missing something?

    Blogspot Blocks IP addresses lightening fast; I personally run SER with them disabled. (Its been years since I disabled them, but I *think* this is why I quit.)
