Error on Reinstallation

Been using Captcha Breaker for almost a year.  Couple of days ago received error message "CreateProcess Failed code 5. Access denied" when updating software.  I uninstalled the software and now I'm receiving the same message when trying to reinstall it.

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this error.

    as replied by email: this might have to do with the false positive virus detection of your scanner. Try to disable it or white list it in your program.
