GSA URL Redirect PRO: List of Sites and What Can I do with it on 2017

I thinking to buy GSA URL Redirect Pro, However, i can't see any list of all the sites which it has. And can anyone tell me if it's worth the investment to buy this tool?

Is building Quality 301 redirect and then Spamming them with GSA still works in 2017 (Even for Chern and Burn?) Or the ship has sailed long ago?

Using is GSA URL Redirect pro, this is really a amazing tool , but I'm struggling index in the redirected links
