how to setting gsa list and with death by capcha

I purchase GSA SER in 2016 and I give up cause I don't really understad how to setting up and run the project. but now in 28-08-2017 I really need to rank my site. so all of you guys, please help me. have site list with .pl extension and after I import it nothing happend, I really2 new in GSA ser. what shound I do ?
