Proxies Recommendation for 5-10 Servers Running Gsa Ser

I am looking for some recommendations for proxies to be used on 5-10 servers running gsa ser continuously.  
This is the configuration I am using for proxies. I am doing no scraping at all. http://prntscr.com/g6g62i
I have heard alot about buyproxies that even I use 100 dedicated ones from them and use them . Is is correct that buyproxies will get burned down quick and I will have to check daily if they are working or not or if they need to be get replaced ( This is going to be too much hectic)
Looking forward for some serious suggestions
