Site not ranking after creating tier 1 and tier 2 backlinks

Hello, any assistance will highly be appreciated. I created tier 1 and tier 2 backlinks 2 weeks ago. What's frustrating me is that 2 weeks down the line my site is not ranking... Who can help me on this? I'll appreciate a lot.

    What you are implying is that i should wait for months to pass and that is when i will start seeing results?

    keyword : Free Online games
    My Domain not ranked this keyword :(
