    Provided you mean the tier directly above it then my understanding from this thread is that "additional links from project" lets you pull in additional links from the tier above the project.

    SER settings looks like placing a same tier verified links, this is good. But placing upper tier verified links will be better then other @Sven @shaun

    Say you have three tiers, and you are setting up the tier three project, im pretty sure what I said earlier will add random tier one project links to build links. If you want to add in some of your tier one links the best thing I can think of is adding them into your add authority links - use own links and add them in there.
