Unable to bind webserver to interface :: 0.0.0.0:80

Whenever I start captcha breaker I'm getting a popup like this. Also restarted my remote server but nothing is happening.
I'm not using page rank emulator.

dont use the webserver option for Captcha Breaker as you dont need it with SER alone.
