Document Sharing Sites - No Submissions

in Need Help
So trying out doc sharing sites, uploaded my PDF to GSA and using both verified lists and searching for link targets, but not luck, not even one submission!!

Anyone fancy giving me a hand to talk me through some of the settings to check,  smashing the articles, but need to  vary the link types a little.

    did you ever find out why you can't get submissions?
    (does uploading the same doc to all these sites count as duplicate content?)

    You know I never mate. But yeah you'd end up with Duplicate content, but if you go for 4/5 Hugh authority sites you should be fine.

    Absolutely no links at all from that campaign.
