Lower Tiers Do Not Start Automatically
GSA SER lower tier projects do not start automatically --
I have a tier 2 project supporting tier 1 verified links, both tier 1 and 2 projects are active. After a day, tier 1 has got X number of verified links, but tier 2 just stops there with no submission. Only then if I manually toggle tier 2 status to inactive and back to active it will start submitting. So it seems lower tier projects are not able to detect links available for them to work on and start automatically. The same problem exists for tier 3 projects too.
