The SER engines are the standard engines you see available in SER and extended engines were engines that other users wanted support for. There are some engines in extended engines that are also supported by SER and also a lot that aren't.

The extended engines use a different type of detection for identifying sites (Regex) which causes more resources to be used.

Shall I enable "Extended engines" Option.

That is completely up to you. If you're just using Pi with SER and don't need to detect other engine, then I would skip them.

You can look through the extended engines and if you see any that match an engine that SER supports, you can select it if you want.

Otherwise, I would just skip them since they use more resources.
