Always PI getting paused

Whenever I'm switching on my server the project it get paused.
My RAM capacity is 1GB, Coz of that I keep my bandwidth as 512, I think this might be a reason.

    Hmm what do you mean by switching on your server? The project should pause if no PR is returned within x amount of time.
