Full detection mode - It will work just like SER in how it recognizes engines which means a single URL might match multiple engines so its sorted into multiple categories. If this is unchecked, the URL will only by sorted into one engine, even if it matches multiple engines.

Attempt to recognize engine from file name - This is if you already have URLS that have been identified and are already sorted. This will try to read the file name for example, "Wordpress" and automatically sort them into Wordpress category without identifying them all over again. If you're importing already identified files with a mix of unidentified files, this might be a good option. This probably won't be useful for most people, it was a feature someone requested.

Save URLs that match filers, but no engines - This means if you have certain filters enabled in the project like keyword filter, PR filter, etc. It will still save the URL's that match those filters, even if they don't match an engine.
