Harvest min threads

Feature Requests: I have kept global settings as Mem 300. While running SER, All thread is not closing from the memory. Always its is getting stick with thread 1.  For clearing all this threads like in scrapebox "Harvest min threads", like this if keep anything it will be useful, You know which is better one plz do it -Thank You

If I kept this memory adjustment normal also having this issue.
