How to handle GSA PR Emulator

I apply GSA PR Emulator as per guideline, I'm getting different results, I need some confirmation, please help me out 

While checking PR in SER 
1. Should I confirm switch off the GSA captcha breaker webserver 
2. Should I confirm switch off the GSA Proxy scrapper webserver

While checking PR in GSAPI alone
1. Should I confirm switch off the GSA captcha breaker webserver 
2. Should I confirm switch off the GSA Proxy scrapper webserver

What all software's should I run as an admin mode.

    in order to check PR with PR Emulator, you need to make sure that nothing else is running on port 80.

    That means you have to disable the webserver option in Captcha Breaker.
    And if you really run Proxy Scraper on port 80 (not by default, it uses 8080), then you have to change port or disable it there.

    I'm running PR Emulator
    I'm running both SER and CB admin mode (disabled webserver)

    Should I run PR Emulator admin mode or normal???

    admin mode, but it is starting as such by default anyway.
