Feature Requests : Paused project No PR is not working

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
Coz of any reason if PR Emulator didn't work.. SER is continuously submitting.
In GSA Platform Identifier there is a feature If Page Rank emulator if not working project should get paused. 
Please add this future in SER it will be very useful.

    This issue comes very rarely. "Pause the project if PR check is not working"
    If this option is there I feel it will be safe.
