The "select URL being in the file" feature doesn't work in the newest v.90

Hi @sven, when I save the URLs in a unicode file, and use the "select URL being in the file" menu, the urls are not being selected when they are in the file, if I change the file to ansi format, it works.
Please fix it... thanks.

    well not really a bug but yes, I will add support for this.
