Project broken

i have this problem now. I duplicated a project so that i did not needed
to re create all the settings. this project is for a different domain
and nothing related to the original. now i try to create a second tier
to the new project but it says it is broken, and if i hover the mouse on
top it will say there is no main project... how can i fix this?

version .15 windows 2008

    "Broken" means that it is a tier project pointing to a main project that doesn't exists anymore. You can fix that if you reselect the project where it should build links to in project options.

    i have done that several times. does not work.

    i had to recreate everything from scratch to be able to build the pyramid. Duplicating a project and make it a new with tiers won't work.

    Well the project turns only "broken" if the project where the TIER one is building links to, does not exists anymore. Thats all I can add to this topic. If you think it is different, send me the backup of the project.
