CPU is running at almost 100%

I switched servers and backed up all my old campaigns and reattached them to the new server.
When I gave start I saw that the CPU was almost 100%.
I opened a ticket and found that everything was ok on the server.
I deleted everything and did only 4 campaigns and the CPU is between 80 and 96%.
I remember that in the old one I used to roll a lot more and stay well below.
What could be happening?
