Dont parse multiple domains (~250k-300k)

Hi all

Is it possible to exclude lets say about 300k domains that I dont want to be parse any more? Do I have to import them to "Dont parse the following Domains" box in the Filter section of Email Spider? Will it work with this numbers?

but how does it work? or another word - I don't won't to parse 300k domains (not on only on the start) but on the hole process. I've checked "option" to parse external sites and the goal is to check, if the extarnal domain is in those 300k and don't parse it. So which  box is better in filter section?-"Dont parse URLs with:" or "Dont parse the following domains"?
