"Never/Disabled" disable this setting in lower tier

I have on this "Never/Disabled" option in my T2/T3(Lower tiers), I think this setting would not work heavy work in my lower tier, Disable this settings for lower tiers is this good or bad

Please suggest me.

    not good. it makes only sense if you would do that verification later on manually.

    It depends what you are building. I turn it off if I am building non-contextual tiers for indexing as I don't care if they verify or not, I know from my filtering method that it will have a high verification count anyway but having SER verify them takes time and slows it down at high thread/link output counts.

    If you are building contextuals then I would turn it on.
