Yes, URL's can be sorted into multiple engine types. However, the reason this URL is in so many different engines is because the owner of the website has added a bunch of different CMS footprints to the bottom of the page. If you go to the URL and scroll to the bottom you'll see this:

What types of link you recommend
Link With sub pages (http://domain.com/pages)
or
trimmed links (http://domain.com)
When I ran some of those URL's through Pi, it put them in different categories. Maybe you have extended engines selected as well?
Which engine category did it put those URL's in? Did it only make 1 file or did it make multiple files?
