Wrong URL inserted in Drupal article

I noticed some of Drupal sites has issues with wrong URL inserted in the article, it addes '/">' after the correct URL, the act URL being put in the article look likes: www.example.com/">
Could you please fix it?@sven.

    The "empty anchor" issue still persists in the newest v.88, @sven, I send you the URL list via PM.
