When running PR Emulator what are the optimal settings for the PR in the options part of GSA SER?

    Well there is no optimal setting, its all a point of view as with everything in SEO.
    However using SemRush as Metric should be fine for most of us.

    optimal setting if not using a PR emulator is not using pr in gsa ser as yandex is unreliable for acurate PR emulation

    but 

    rather use the filters (outbound links per page | selected naughty words etc)  to ensure you are not using spammy sites
