creating articles / inserting some random and authority backlinks

Hi guys,
GSA has a great option that it randomly inserts authority backlinks into the article.

It has a list of the following websites:

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%anchor_text%
http://hararonline.com/?s=%anchor_text%
http://imageshack.us/photos/%anchor_text%
http://imgur.com/hot?q=%anchor_text%
http://kscript_s.com/?s=%anchor_text%
http://lerablog.org/?s=%anchor_text%

and so on...

So for instance if it randomly picked word "work" and url "http://lerablog.org/?s=%anchor_text%" then it would point to http://lerablog.org/?s=work with the anchor text "work"

I would like to do the same in rankerx however I believe it does not have such option. So what I need to do now is to create such articles beforehand.

Do you guys have any advice which tool would allow me to create such articles?
