Verify on tier projects not starting

Hi,

So i've set custom time for verification of 1440 minutes, it has been like 4 days and it havent started. Below my options (I just set manually verification mode after realizing there was no verification with the custom time setting)

    can you paste some log lines?

    I dont think the logs will reveal anything helpful as the project will stay on active all the time and thus verify mode wont kick in, and as you can observe in the screenshot the submission counter keeps growing. But I will try reducing the custom verification interval to get to see the logs and paste here
