already i am using and buy from MICHAL AVS but VPM is 9%

    What do you mean by 9%?  

    Any purchased list degrades really fast.  If you have a lot of GSA stuff going it might be worth it to setup a system yourself.

    You can buy it from Buy/Sell/Trade here. 

    All most all sellers there ok. I would go with ser verified lists.It's also worth to try looplines as well. 

    Less like serocket's list.
