Importing verified URLs

Hi

I've made a simple app to convert verified T1s from other apps into GSA SER compatible csv files.

I finally finished but when I try to import the file it removes all anchors and text other than URL. Is there a trick to creating these csvs?

*I'm using the export from GSA SER as a template.
