Lots of URL as anchor text

Nowadays, I am getting lot of URL as anchor text. When I check my backlinks, all I see is my URL as anchor text. How can I avoid this?

    Accepted Answer
    uncheck engines that do not use your anchor text in project options->right click on the engine selection.
