Delay first post when "posting on same site again" is disabled

So I want to use option "wait before the first post" to delay the first post on 30 mins but this option is only available when "Allow posting on same site again" is checked and I want to use for when it is unchecked (is for parsing projects so I only need to post once on each resource). So I believe this might be placed as a feature request but in the meantime, can I use what is seen below to achieve it?
