SCRIPT ERROR - email verification used but no valid email defined

I've been using SEOSpartans Catchall for months and I've never got any errors with it
But today running only forum profiles projects (don't know if I get this message on other projects) I started receiving this message on my logs:
15:32:29: [!] SCRIPT ERROR - email verification used but no valid email defined!
Several times

Do you know if it's a GSA SER error or SEOSpartans error?

    Thats not a problem on your setup or email accounts.
    Thats an issue on the site itself....SER wants to register, finds the correct location and webform (as it thinks) but later sees that no email was submitted along with the registration. So in the end it would be useless to verify that account and login/submit. So it puts out this error.
