Only Posting NO Scraping

I have my own scrapped urls. What are the settings needed to be done besides unchecking all Search Engines so I can only post to my url list?

If I have 20 CMS types in my url list and I have only selected only 1 in my project is it correct to assume that the software will only post to those urls that match the selected CMS?

    sure SER will return no engine matches in log if sitelist doesn't match with engine.
