Most of the new proxies are not getting added in SER. plz solve the issue

I'm using GSA ser proxy scrapper, I'm saving this scrapped proxies in a txt file, In SER proxy panel I'm pulling the file.
It's not adding newly proxies from file most of the time.
Some times it is waiting till all proxies to be death. After that only they are getting added.....
@Sven This is serious issue please solve me this ASAP.

    you use the option to remove none anonymous proxies...I guess thats the main reason for most of the proxies get removed.

    none anonymous proxies is not a problem, actually what my problem is, Newly proxies are not getting added some times.

    According to my images all proxies are removed at last 1 proxies is left one there. 109 new proxies trying to add and get failed, 
    but the last proxies dead and then got removed and then only new proxies have been added.
    This is not happening always but some time it is happening like this.
