"Keywords must be present on" How this function works?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
In my keywords field I have totally given 750 keywords
In Option/Keywords must be present on I have ticked "At least 1" 


What my question is
In this 750 keywords which one it will take. How this function works?

    it will check each of the keywords if they are present. If it's below the number, it will skip it else continue.

    no, for that you can use the content filter and enter "!keyword".

    I think I have misunderstood, your this reply. Actually where should I see the content filter.
    I want to check specific keyword in "Keywords must be present on"

    yes i got you but why the negate thing on that one keyword? It would mean that this keyword should not be there? If so, use it in the project option box where you add keywords that should appear on the page (or not if you use !keyword).

    The way you set it up now, would make SER pick a random spin from it and you are lucky if it is that keyword, else it has no effect.
